OUR STORY

I started baking with my auntie at her cozy kitchen when I was 3. Ever since then, I fall in love with baking. However I hadn't baked for a while when I was working as a sales manager for tech company. After I moved to Hawaii, I remembered how much I loved baking through KCC pastry arts program and decided to pursue my passion. I started my cheesecake sale business during pandemic, and finally my dream came true in 2025. I love to share Japanese breads and pastries with local people in Hawaii community. So excited to meet more new people and create more new recipes. Thank you for letting me do what I love.    Kana
